This Feb is our company’s 7 year old birthday.
It’s a good result that our clients come to our company because your working.But It’s a pity that our sales and profits haven’t raised up in three fiscals.and your salary hasn’t raised up either.
We made our company’s slogan is ‘Good Communication’ this year.We have to know ourselves ,the clients and market well.We have to continue it simply.
Everyone since you came to work,What kind of result do you have,What kind of challenge did you do,What kind of change do you want to make.I’m looking forward everyone of you as a knowledge worker could change yourself for your life.
